A unique combination of skills and experience which enables riders of all levels to benefit from a more complete understanding and awareness of the biomechanics of horse and rider, together with the interactions of both in motion.

Understanding Horsemanship encompasses an approach to improving rider balance, suppleness and core strength, horse mobility and harmonious partnerships through the principles of classical equitation and Pilates.  Added to this, the experienced eye of a BD Judge brings a perspective from which all riders can enjoy not only improved results in the school and on hacks but in the competition ring, no matter the discipline.

Riding instruction which includes a focus on rider posture, positioning and balanceSchooling for horses, drawing on the experience of centuries of classical equitation to ensure a state of free movement, forward thinking and unencumbered motion.  Groundwork for riders - using the disciplines of Pilates to improve the rider's understanding of his/her own body, improve core strength and efficient movement, resulting in increased suppleness and better posture (on and off a horse).

Improve your riding - lessons with a BD Trainer and Judge, BHS registered instructor and TTT instructor member.

Use the experience gained working with some of Europe's most illustrious Classical Riding exponents - together with the knowledge earned through study of the Masters - to advance and improve the level of work with your horse in the school.

Experience the benefits of Pilates  - whether as part of a combined horse and rider Programme or on its own, everyone can benefit from correct posture and muscular toning, with this being recognised as a foremost, low-impact discipline for all ages.
